About Pashka
Pavel comes from a pastoral family and was born in Moldova, though into a Ukrainian family. His grandfather was actually the shepherd of that village. "My parents immigrated to New York when I was 9 years old. Ever since then, I've only been to Moldova once in the past twenty years, but I've been to Ukraine countless times. My folks were always there for me, no matter what, supporting me every step of the way. But, I have to be honest, I absolutely hated school," Pavel recounts with a chuckle. From a young age, he had a powerful drive to make something of his life as soon as he could.

At the age of fourteen, Pavel started working as a dishwasher in a restaurant. His parents worked
tirelessly, and the most valuable thing to him was their time together. As Pavel grew older, he realized that he never wanted his parents to buy him anything. The future entrepreneur had a strong desire to purchase things on his own. Pavel has always desired independence, but that desire was shaped by close relationship with his parents, who made it possible.

"Instead of completing twelfth grade to finish high school, I made the decision to enter the workforce.
I started working in a construction company alongside my father. He wasn't just my dad; he was also my greatest mentor, providing me with the tools to become independent. Pavel then took a job as a tracking dispatch coordinator in Rochester. "I'll be honest, I lived for this job - I couldn't fall asleep at night, and in the morning, I couldn't wait to get back to my responsibilities." he shares. Searching for shipments, communicating with drivers, devising the most efficient routes and schedules for the day or even the week, he meticulously planned every detail of each trip as if he were the one driving.

As his boss's business continued to expand, Pavel found himself starting a family. Determined to
secure a better future, he mustered the courage to ask for a raise, only to face a firm rejection. The resilient entrepreneur firmly believed that his unwavering work ethic was the key to his success, unlike those who simply coasted along without pushing boundaries.

Undeterred, Pavel set his sights on a new job opportunity, one that offered a higher income and the
promise of owning his own truck. "I knew that starting a business venture was a big risk in 2008," he says. The risk was "not just with my own money, but with my father's as well. But I couldn't see any other way." With each passing day, Pavel's team grew stronger, and under his guidance, they now boast a workforce of 250 dedicated individuals, operating over 150 heavy-duty vehicles for large-scale transportation.
Since 2013, Pavel has undertaken another successful entrepreneurial venture, this time in real estate.
Currently, he serves around 400 clients, primarily in the states of Tennessee and New York. Pavel enjoys spending his free time with his family, friends and driving his cars.
